I am working on the wall bug. It seems it affects everyone except staff - a glitch in the permission system. Thanks to Mijka for bringing it to my attention. EDIT: and it's fixed! ..and it was the Pony List system.

I have a pony request, but the user in question doesn't seem to exist any more. I can't decline the request.

Yea i meant to bring that to your atention , you cant decline the pony requests

Oh and notifications, i got swarmed with alerts i already looked  at a week before, it says that the messages were posted 22 minutes ago

Did you fix the notifications just now because some of my dupes now say 

broken notification marked for deletion

I have been making changes. Still not perfect, but getting there. It's not supposed to duplicate at all, but sure I'm causing that. I'm trying to get it to say "Jink replied to your comment and other replies followed." or something like that instead of 20 notifications for every reply. lol

Whatever you changed, it worked. The request could now be declined.
